Mr. Madhusudhan Rapole

Mr. Madhusudhan Rapole is the Founder & MD of Oorja Energy Engineering, a company that provides cleantech solutions for heating, cooling,
and ventilation. His remarkable career includes multiple filed patents in these areas and a pioneering role in introducing various groundbreaking technologies to the commercial
landscape in India. Among these innovations are Radiant Cooling, Geothermal Cooling, Solar and Waste Heat-based Cooling, all of which align with his commitment to promoting
energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings across India.

Mr. Rapole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has furthered his education with professional degrees from TERI University and Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a prominent figure in the cleantech industry. Additionally, he is a three-time TEDx speaker, further highlighting his dedication to sharing his knowledge and insights with a wider audience. He is also the Chair of the Technical Group on Radiant Cooling in ISHRAE.
