PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Mukund Krishnan Kumar is Senior General Manager-ESG at Brookfield Properties-India Office Business where he is responsible for executing Brookfield Properties’ ESG and sustainability strategy across the firm’s ~55 Million Square Feet portfolio of assets across NCR, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Mukund has over 16 years’ experience of asset management of commercial, residential and institutional real estate portfolios with a focus on ESG and value creation through operations excellence. He has earlier managed key real estate portfolios including pharma labs, data centers, malls, office complexes, an aerocity, luxury hotels and condominiums. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Mukund worked with leading global organizations like CBRE South Asia, Knight Frank India and the Indian Hotels Company Limited. EDUCATION Mukund holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Degree from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
